Lupton’s family is urging local authorities to conduct a thorough investigation, stating they do not believe she intentionally harmed herself. Her sister, Tresa Lupton, voiced concerns about the timeline surrounding the incident and noted that her family suspects either an accidental fall or potential foul play—possibilities that have not been officially confirmed by law enforcement.

Family Questions Circumstances Surrounding Death

Lupton, a resident of Moore, Oklahoma, had worked for Dallas-based Southwest Airlines for over two decades. According to her sister, Lupton had been actively texting family members shortly before her death, describing a night out dancing with a fellow flight attendant and getting the outline of a new tattoo.

The family raised concerns after learning her body was discovered around 6:00 a.m. on August 20 by a hotel employee, expressing frustration over the delay in being notified by authorities. Investigators are reportedly reviewing footage from more than 70 surveillance cameras in and around the property.
